Please allow up to 5 business days from order confirmation, for us to process and ship your order (excluding personalized items). Track your order.

Personalized Items: Please allow up to 3 weeks before shipping.

Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day

Standard Shipping - 4-6 Business day (Free for orders over $100).

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not happy with your purchase, don't worry, we've got you covered! We accept returns on all unworn jewelry within 7 days of the delivery date.

Personalized (including initial style jewelry), engraved or sales items are not eligible for return.

We only accept returns on unworn, unaltered and undamaged items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes and pouches.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable We also cannot cover the cost of return shipping, so if you choose to return an item, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount​.

We are not responsible for any return items that are damaged or lost during shipment.

To Start a Return​​

Request a return ​at our Return Center.

Ensure all items are in its original packaging.

Print return shipping label and affix to package.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

We will credit your original form of payment within 7 days of receiving your return.
